Celebrating 7 Years of Devlin Mambo

Looking back with pride!

Today marks seven years since I founded Devlin Mambo, and I look back with great pride at how far we have come. Our journey has been defined by growth, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to delivering outcomes that make a genuine difference to our clients.

As consultants, our role is to help clients navigate change with confidence, regardless of its source. We strive to simplify complexity, making challenges easier to understand, implement and manage. I am incredibly proud of the strength of our Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Change capabilities, and the impact they continue to have across the industry.

Before launching the business in 2019, I saw first-hand how poor data quality, fragmented workflows and weak governance were creating significant inefficiencies across financial services. Firms were struggling to maximise the value of their data, manage third-party relationships effectively, and access the timely management information needed to make informed decisions. We knew there had to be a better way.

That ambition led to the creation of Engagement & Oversight (EO), our technology platform that transforms third-party lifecycle management. EO automates due diligence, ongoing monitoring, assurance, contract management and reporting, providing real-time insights that strengthen governance, improve service performance and support better decision-making. Developing EO has been a significant undertaking, and I would like to thank the many clients who contributed their expertise and feedback along the way. Seeing EO gain traction and hearing clients describe it as both highly integrated and easy to use is incredibly rewarding.

As we celebrate this milestone, I am proud of what we have achieved through both our consultancy and technology businesses. None of this would have been possible without our clients, whose trust, partnership and support continue to inspire us.

Seven years is a milestone worth celebrating, but we are even more excited about what lies ahead.
